Many festivals are celebrated in Kerala, one of them is Onam festival which is a very important festival there. The residents of that place celebrate this festival with great pomp and show. This festival comes in the month of August or September which is called Chigam in Malayalam language. It is an annual harvest festival and is celebrated for ten days.This year Onam festival will be celebrated on 8th September
