Application Process

Step 1 – Registration (Step I)

  1. Visit the MHA or NCS portal.
  2. Read instructions and click “Online Registration”.
  3. Enter personal and contact details (email & mobile).
  4. You’ll receive a Login ID and Password via SMS/email.
  5. Log out after completing Step I.

An Application Sequence Number (ASN) is generated — save/store it securely for future login and exam updates.

Step 2 – Completing the Application (Step II)

  1. Log in using your credentials.
  2. Fill in your:
    • Personal details (name, DOB, category, etc.)
    • Educational qualifications
    • Preferred exam centers (choose up to 5 cities)
  3. Upload required documents:
    • Scanned passport-size photograph
    • Scanned signature
  4. Preview the application and check all details carefully.
  5. Submit and proceed to fee payment (if applicable).
  6. Download and print the confirmation page and fee receipt for future reference.
